Does your child dream of playing in a band? The Music Studio’s Junior Rock Band in Toronto is the perfect place for young musicians to learn, jam, and perform in a fun, supportive environment. Designed for beginners, this program teaches students to play popular rock and pop songs from sheet music, charts, and by ear while developing essential musical skills.
What Kids Will Learn:
Play Iconic Songs
When I Come Around, Seven Nation Army, Paradise City and As It Was
Perform as a Band
Sing, play guitar, piano, bass, or drums while collaborating with other young musicians. Performances include The Music Studio’s Band Concerts!
Develop Musical Skills
Improve timing, coordination, and confidence while having a blast.
Learn by Ear & Read Music
Build a strong foundation in rock and pop performance techniques.

The Music Studio, Toronto (Classes take place in our professionally equipped Band Room.)
Missed Classes – There are no make-up classes for missed rock and jazz band classes and other ensemble classes unless a class is cancelled by the teacher. Students who miss a class will receive notes regarding the class and any new music that may have been introduced in the class.
